Directions (Whole 20 lb. Turkey):

• Whisk 2 brine seasoning pouches with 4.25L (18 cups) of cold water in a large bowl
• Place turkey inside the brine bag and pour in brine
• Brine 1 hour per pound in the refrigerator. Brine for at least 8 hours (max of 24 hours)
• Remove turkey from brine bag then cook accordingly (bag is for brining only. Do Not Cook!)
